I have a RAID unit connected to a Redhat 6.0 system. I want to expand
the capacity of the RAID such that the disk size will be > 500G. Right
now, it seems that Linux cannot access anything this large due to the
C/H/S limitation of the file system (65535*255*63*512=539G). I have
received one suggestion from Andries Brouwer (Large Disk HOWTO:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) that the latest kernels might support both larger disks and
large files.

Can anyone else shed any light on this?
