You don't really need to reinstall. Just create a small partition on
the /dev/hda disk, it doesn't have to be big, 20 or 30 meg. Mount it
on a temporary mount point and copy everything out of /boot onto
the new partition. Blow away everything in /boot. Fix up the
/etc/fstab file. Unmount the new partition. Remount it as /boot. Then
rerun lilo.

You should be able to boot fine then. I had the same problem back when
I put the first IDE disk into my machine.
