        Why a PCI card?  Are you out of (don't have any) ISA slots?  ISA
cards are cheap and plentiful and serial cards are not high load demand
interfaces.  There are some PCI serial cards out there and there is
support for them in the kernel but when you can pick up a dual 16550A
card for about $20 that will do up to 230,400 (clock doubler cards) without
even breaking a sweat, I don't really see the need to track down a PCI
card if you can fit an ISA card in.
