This is a strange link.  On my 5.2 system, the link is
/usr/share/zoneinfo/CST6CDT
and on the 6.1 system it is a seperate file.  You may want to link to
CST6CDT or coppy /usr/share/zoneinfo/CST6CDT to /etc/localtime.
