Greetings. We have, or used to have, a subscription for Redhat
updates. I.e., for some fee of maybe $200/year we would automatically get
any significant Redhat updates, including documentation, as well as
priority FTP service.

We don't seem to have that any more: we don't have Redhat 6.2 yet, for
instance, and my priority FTP service no longer works.

I may have simply let the subscription lapse, although I don't find any
notices from Redhat in my "I-gotta-get-to-these-some-day" stack.

But I've called Redhat and sent email to their sales people, inquiring
about reinstating our subscription. After about a week I've received no
response to either my phone call (I had to leave a message, of course) or
my email.

So now I'm wondering if it's just me, or if this is a new policy. Does
anybody out there have a working subscription for Redhat updates? Thanks.

                                        - Mike
