Example: I click Activate to dial in, but I've forgot to
plug my modem in. (duuuhhh ...) Now netcfg will no longer
talk to me, the modem, or anything. I click Activate,
Deactivate, nothing's happening. I look at
/var/log/messages, nothing is happening there.
Uh?
When I do the same with kppp, it tells me, "Plug in the
modem, stupid!"
