Ok I'll fess up I'm a light weight when it comes to this Xwindow stuff.
I have a 6.2 rhat box. running just fine.
I have XFree86 set up on my OS/2 box. Matrox card. Seems to be running fine.
I cannot telnet from the os/2 box to the RH box in X. the loging prompt never appears.
any idea what I did wrong/ or need to change? it give me the escape character
message of ^] then nothing. it just sits there.
this is all part of a plan to change my DEC ALPHA box to Linux in the near future.
