I am not aware of a decent, inexpensive one. I think the best route is
to get a Windoze package and run it under Wine, although software that
uses a licensing scheme might present problems. I run Capfast (sorry,
moderately expensive ~$800US) under Wine, and it seems to work quite
well. It has some elaborate netlisting abilities, including a utility to
turn a Capfast schematic into VHDL code! Pretty cool.

Capfast is available for Windoze, Solaris and HPUX. I have talked to
them recently, and a "large government entity" has asked them to do a
Linux port, so that is likely to be coming out sometime.
