How much to download to fix kernel security problem

Hi,
  I want to download the 2.2.16-3 kernel source for the security fix. 
My question is do I just download and update the kernel-source rpm or do
I download the kernel-source, kernel-doc, kernel-headers, and
kernel-utils. As a non C programmer I don't know how much I really
need.  I am currently at 2.2.14-5.0 (RH 6.2 stock).
