Here's the scenario:
One of our clients have a problem in retrieving emails. They were
configured virtually because they are just a dial-up connection, no
permanent ip address. We are trying to get their emails from our mail
server but unfortunately all of the emails goes to the root and not
in the respective existing accounts what i mean is if there are emails for
[EMAIL PROTECTED], it should go to maynard and not to root. What is wrong
with the set-up? Is it possible to retrieve it automatically? Is there an
easy way to do that? Kindly help us...
