For this you'll need to be running an X emulator on your PC.  Then if you've
setup xdm/gdm/kdm (whichever is appropriate) to enable remote access, then
you can get a GUI login via most PC's X Emulators (ie. ReflectionX or
eXceed).

I am not all that familiar with running X via telnet but I am running
Samba in my own home directory. I would usually just telnet in and do
file manipulation via console without GUI. I assume you can telnet in and
startx via windoze to Linux. I just tryed it but I am getting permission
problems as far as the console. Anyone else out there a little more
familiar with this? Could be my telnet client also.
