having mixed results getting redhat 6.2/2.2.4-12 setup for cdwriting........ I read the cdwriting howto and did as it suggested and still no luck...... I don't know what I've done that's so different from my first sytsem..redhat 6.0/2.2.5-15 kernel ......that setup with kernel modifys for scsi--generci scsi emulation and scsi-support set to yes made my program (xcdroast) recognise both the cdrom and cdrw........ now one day i get the cdrw to be recognised and now only cdrom is recognized....... anyone know possibly what i'm doing wrong that i can'g get them both just one or the other......
