hi guys,
I'm a student in india and recently i set up a LAN in my college for the
VSAT connection we got. My LAN is running using a NT server (p166, 64mb ram,
8.4 gb hdd). it serves about 10 pcs (p166, 8/16/32 mb ram, 2.1 gb hdds). the
pcs run win95. my server keeps crashing due to the load and i heard that
linux is a very efficient alternative. can i have a linux server with win95
clients? will it be advantageous to switch over?
i am a newbie to linux but im willing to learn.i have managed to make my pc
dual boot (rh 6.0 and win98). i have started enjoying working on linux.....
so please guide me....
