Dear
The Vo,
A
couple of things are gonna' make your life easier on the web. One is to
remove any cutsie formatting (i.e. whatever this background
colour is, tope?) from your emails. The second is to more thoroughly
read your documentation. When you first subscribed to this list, no doubt
you received a response outlining how to use it. This would have included
the very simple task of unsubscribing from it. From the doc
I received from the linux-security-digest list:
"Subcription/unsubscription/info requests should always be sent to the
-request
address of a mailinglist. If a mailinglist for example is called "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", then the -request address can be inferred from this to be: [EMAIL PROTECTED]"." "and "To unsubscribe from a mailinglist, simply send a message with the word (you guessed it :-) "unsubscribe" in the Subject: field to the -request address of that list." In this case you would probably send your unsubscribe command to mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]. In future you may see people respond with RTFM to these kinds of inquiries. It stands for (I kid you not) Read the F#@)* Manual. Good luck.
