Thanks everyone for the help and I did get it going. Here is what I
did:

Loaded RH6.9.5 (7.0 Beta) running X v.4.01
Ran the command: XFree86 -configure

This will build a dual headed XF86Config File for you and store it as
XF86Config.new in the /root/ directory.

Now run Xconfigurator and go through the steps. This will build a
single headed XF86Config file in /etc/X11/ as XF86Config-4 (Why this,
I'm not sure?)The only thing you need from file is the Mode Lines for
the monitor.

Now copy the mode Lines into the XF86Config.new file and then copy this
file to /etc/X11/XF86Config. Now delete the /etc/X11/XF86Config-4.

Create a .xinitrc file in /root/ that just says fvwm2. This is the only
one I have found to work. Woila! It runs. Only took me two days to
get it running, but it works.

Allow X to take up to 20s to come up. It seems to initialize the card,
then monitor one and then monitor two. Once up, it works great. More
documentation can be found in the Config file. If anyone would like a
demo config file, let me know. I kept a copy :)

Hope someone finds use in this.
