Nope, didn't seem to help.  The emails STILL came from 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] even after I changed the customised-headers to 
Reply-To:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

I even tried Reply-To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>    *sigh*

Could Sendmail perhaps be getting in the way somehow?
