Don't quote me on this, but it seems to me that you have ipchains configure to
drop any packets comings into the eth0 interface using protocol 6 (perhaps
TCP/IP v6?). It also gives you the source and destination IP addresses.
Again, I don't know much about ipchains but that's what it looks like.
