IPCHAINS - Did I do this right?

Hey all, I'm blocking a network from having access to my box & I'm curious
if I did this correctly:

$IPCHAINS -A input -l -s 210.127.0.0/0 -d $EXTERNAL_NET -j DENY

I want to block all of 210.127.x.x....  Is the 0 correct, or should it be a
16?
