What version of pump? I've been using it for over a year on DSL
connection, and have no problems. My lease expires every 12 hrs,
and no problems renewing at all. Some of the older versions did have
problems, in my experience, if the DHCP server went belly up for long
periods of time. My IP does not change either, no matter what the
situation. Sounds like your ISP is using a broken config. Even if the
DHCP server does go in the tank, it is quite possible to still
maintain the lease/IP tables. Unless of course these are getting
corrupted on the server.
