Steve,

On second thought there's an easier solution.  Give your frame relay a NIC
alias the same as your web site's IP address:

ifconfig eth0:0 209.92.4.1

Your routing table will be changed to include:

Destination  Gateway       Genmask         Flags Metric Ref  Use Iface
209.92.4.0   0.0.0.0       255.255.255.0   U     0      0      0 eth0

I just tried it on my home LAN before suggesting it and it's working.
