You might even want to look at Evolution, which is supposed to be similar to Outlook 
(but I wouldn't know -- I've never used Outlook):

You can get RPMs for evolution by ftp:

Be warned -- Evolution has lots of dependencies, so if you decide to try it, be 
prepared to install many packages.  Evolution does more than just email, and that may 
be a plus or a minus, depending on what you're looking for.  It's also fairly new, and 
may not be real stable yet.
