Dear Stephen,
I have just been working with an Ultra 66 and an upgrade of 6.0 to 6.2 and
based on what I have been doing your ide2=..... and ide3=..... are wrong. I
think they should be " ide2=0x78d0, 0x78d3 ide3=0x78c4, 0x78c7. Maybe
this will help.
