I refer to the SEVERE lack of communication from RedHat on the file
named module-info-2.2.16-22.
Yes I have left dozens of messages regarding how this file is derived
ever since RH 7 hit the streets. Frankly no one knows how it is
compiled.
I haven't figured it out. Looking at it with vi suggests that it is
certainly
not a file that just was hand edited, otherwise the person doing so
would
have severe carpule tunel syndrome. :)
There is some comments in the file that suggests that the info was
pulled
from /usr/src/linux/drivers/net.... arghhhhhhhhhhhh
I'll ask my question again:
How is the file module-info-2.2.16-22 compiled?
Only serious observations will be welcome.
