I use ntp for this but I believe that rdate will do it on a one time
basis if you have a server that will accept rdate calls. Try man rdate.
Once you have the system clock set run  setclock to set the bios clock
so you won't get hosed on a reboot.

If keeping the time acurate is a concern chck out ntp.  It will keep
your clock very acurate over time.  The redhat rpm is xntp3 I belive.
