Well, I took the time to look at both websites. Bush runs:

Server: Microsoft-IIS/5.0
Date: Sun, 05 Nov 2000 02:11:52 GMT
Content-Type: text/html
Content-Length: 87

and the scripting is ASP.

Now Gore is on 

VA Linux servers
Apache
and PHP.

Makes you want to go HHhhmmmmm...
