Are you trying to update an old KDE installation or installing KDE 2.0
from scratch? I haven't tried updating yet, but I succeeded in
installing Bernhard Rosenkraenzer's RPMs yesterday.

The one thing you have to make certain is that you install them in the
right order: kdesupport comes first, then kdelibs, then kdebase, then
the rest. You should probably also have a look at the documentation at
http://www.kde.org
