It seems to me like access to RPM 4.0's databases is a whole lot slower
than it was with version 3.  Yes, you can expect to wait a long, long time
for the installer to resolve dependancies/file conflicts/etc.  It's not
Helix Code's fault.  Pretty much everything takes a lot longer to install.
