nope, this is the different MTA (Mail Transport Agent). procmail id the
MDA (Mail Deliery Agent)
I use both sendmail and postfix on various systems, but am by no means a
guru.

I'm guessing something along those lines. Before I sent you the email
below, I checked the procmail manpage. I couldn't tell exactly what the -a
switch does for you. I was hoping there was an obvious way to specify the
spool file, but I couldn't see it. the -p switch looks promising though.
Have you tried the mailhelp list at moongroup.com? I'm a bit surprised you
can't get this info fromtt he vmail people - if you ask me they should
know.
sorry I can't be more help than that. I'd like to know how it turns out
since I currently use the silly joe1 joe2 joe3 account schem to handle all
my joes. It does suck. Good thing it's just for friends.
