i used to see this a lot when using napster.
i wasnt using redhat, but was using a single floppy disk
distribution called freesco . www.freesco.org
i tried to research it then, and was pointed to turning off ppp compression,
but i wasnt using ppp.
i dont see it anymore since i started using redhat 6.2 or 7.0
my buddy who still uses freesco still sees it when using napster
