[hal@feenix hal]$ locate README.cf
/usr/share/doc/sendmail/README.cf
[hal@feenix hal]$ rpm -qf /usr/share/doc/sendmail/README.cf

This is a reasonably good summary of features. RH includes their mc.
This makes a good starting point.
[hal@feenix hal]$ locate sendmail.mc (RH7)
