I believe it's the kernel-source RPM file, such as in kernel-source-2.2.14-5.0.
You may also need to download the kernel-headers file.  Not sure, since I
never compiled a new kernel from a RPM.  You can also download the tarball
from ftp.kernel.org (check the list of mirror sites first at www.kernel.org)
and compile from that.  It's always worked fine for me, although of course
it doesn't show in the RPM database.
