Then you have these possible scenarios which are very real....
No SSL browser .... Duh!
Were on the list way before Listman was used, and some passwords are
screwed (I know first hand)
Your email address may be different now to when you subscribed killing the
mail me my password option
There are no obvious manual instructions to unsubscribe via a mail command
There are probably other reasons not mentioned above as well, in any case,
instead of worrying about it, its probably better to message people off
list to help them so they do not send multiple repeats etc.... if (which I
doubt) this list is ever run again the way Steve Coile used to run it, then
we would never see these messages.
