No, but vshell, also from van dyke does.  It provides an ssh2 server.

I'm using it at my mother's house.  Her PC is win2k, running on DSL,
behind a firewall.  Her machine runs the vshell & winvnc processes,
and I tunnel my vnc requests through an ssh2 session.  I get data 
compression from the ssh, plus the data no longer passes clear.  All
in all, a nice solution.
