don't forget /etc/sendmail.mc. better to do /etc/sendmail.*

if you do virtual hosting, then you will also have files (probably in
/etc/mail but use locate to find them) like

virtusertable.txt
genericstable.txt
access

etc. find one of these and backup everything in that dir.
