Hi All,
I just tried to do the kernel upgrade to 2.2.16-3 to take care of the
security bugs.
I falled the upgrade instructions. When I installed the kernel I got some
error messages
I tried to copy and paste them from the screen put it didn't work so I lost
them.
Must not be able to copy standard error duh!
I tried to rerun the rpm to get the errors, it said it was installed so I
did force
of course no error messages. I found the following 4 or 5 times in the
/var/log/messages. I fixed lilo and ran it and the computer seems to
boot fine and work. Is this going to cause me problems down the
road?
