Either the netmask, IP or the gateway is wrong. The three don't match.

In any case, your network administrator will probably be pissed if you put
a workstation on a network with the wrong IP, even if you got the netmask
and the gateway right. You could very well be breaking security policies.
At the very least, the wrong values will break carefully planned
network management policies and will clog the router unnecessarily.

If you are the network administrator, I recommend the Linux Network
Administrator's guide. It explains all about assigning values for IPs,
netmasks, gateways, and much, much more information.
