Woops... disregard my last message... how about the kernel-headers
rpm... is that installed?

[csm@stealth csm]$ rpm -q kernel-headers
kernel-headers-2.4.0-0.99.11

[csm@stealth csm]$ rpm -qil kernel-headers|grep errno.h
/usr/include/asm/errno.h
/usr/include/linux/errno.h
