You may want to take a look at the scripts in the /etc/cron.daily directory.
I'm running 6.2 here and ignore right now what the changes are in 7 in this
sense, but that would be a good place to start I think.  Check the logrotate
script in there.

An easy way to do it would be to cd down to that directory and run the
following command:

grep -ri /var/log/sa * | more
