Cool!  'top -C' shows an additional line of cumulative CPU states, but this
prompted me to RTFM, where I found the LC field which, when enabled, shows the
last processor used by a process.  To add the LC field, press 'f' and select it
from the list.  If you use the 'W' command, this will save your configuration
to ~/.toprc so it will be there for future uses.
