RH knows about this and they are working on a fix. If you gotta have it
fixed now you can do what I did and install stuff from Rawhide to make
it work right.

control-panel-3.18-4
printconf-0.2.8-1
printconf-gui-0.2.8-1
My troubles went away and I could print again.
