I've just put together a RH 7 box with a 30GB Quantum Fireball AS hdd and I want to install support for the ATA 100 standard. I've downloaded everything I could find on www.linux-ide.org but I have no ideea what to do with those files. Do I need to recompile the kernel or I just have to insmod a driver?
