For some reasion, the system is set to use tklogin, instead of
/bin/login. But the program tklogin, or a library it needs is missing.
To help more on the problem, we would need more information. Seeing
/etc/inittab would be a start - it would let us know what version of
getty is being used for logins, and that would tell us what config file
to look for.
It is also possible that this box was cracked. Otherwise, you would
think the owner of the box would know what he/she/it changed that caused
this problem.
