Somewhere I read that a file ".dir_colors" in $HOME will allow
/usr/bin/dircolors to set colors for the "ls" command on a per user
basis. I have tried to do this, using an edited version of
/etc/DIR_COLORS for my own .dir_colors file. I've tried all the
variations I can think of to get the script produced by
/usr/bin/dircolors to do the job. No luck.
Is there a special trick for this?
