hello, now i want very much to know the current limits for the number of
files that a single process can open and for the number of processes that
a single process can fork, the max number of tcp connections, opened files,
inodes and sockets that system can support.where do they locate and how to
set them greater values?because i'm running lotus domimo on rhl 2.4.3 and
every time the number of tcp connections established between server and
clients reaches 600 or so,there always comes listening function failor saying
too many files have been opened, then no more connection can be established.
is it due to the limits of linux?how can i resolve it?waiting for your advice
eagerly.
thanks all.
