Does your boot = line say boot = /dev/sda? It probably should. >lee >-=== > >root wrote: > >> hello all,i compiled 2.4.3 kernel on a smp machine but the machine halts >> with no respond when rebooting >> and says : > > > >_______________________________________________ >Redhat-list mailing list >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list ---------------------------------------------------- Jonathan Wilson System Administrator Cedar Creek Software http://www.cedarcreeksoftware.com Central Texas IT http://www.centraltexasit.com _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
