If it was the last job you stopped, "fg" (foregorund) will do the trick.
If you stopped more than one job, do "jobs" to get a list of stuff.
Note the job number and then do "%jobnum" (i.e., %2) to restart that job.

All of this is in the man page for the shell you are using.
