Yes.  You can normaly use minor version updates on any version of the
same major versions.  Red Hat usualy only releases patches in the latest
minor version of a major version.  6.2 can be thought of as an update
for 6.1.  It is when you jump major versions you have to be carefull.
Updates for 7.x usulay will not work with 6.x, or earler.

On a 6.1 system, you realy should install all the 6.2 updates to keep
the system secure.
