Hi;
Something's going bonkers in my server (RH6.2). I've gotten a plethora of
*segmentation fault* statements and some *core dumps* and paid a techie to
go in and fix some stuff since it wouldn't even accept keyboard input. I
*need* to track down what's causing this problem ASAP. When I run, for
example, the command *locate foo* it gives me a segfault error. Now, before
when this was happening (yesterday, before I paid the techie), this stuff
led to a core dump and was accompanied by swap memory being eaten up-- to
the point where there wouldn't be enough virtual memory left to even accept
my password as root! Well, I can't afford to have this happen again. Any
ideas? Please?
