hi,
i have followed the procedure given in docs.i
downloaded the jre_1.1.6-v5-glibc-x86.tar.gz and
installed it in /usr/local and created the symbolic
link.
when i am running the oracle installer
(/mnt/cdrom/install/linux/runIns.sh) the java based
oracle installer is not starting.
following is the error:
