-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Maybe this indicates a bad boot image on the CD. It happens. A CRC error happens when the data isn't like.. checksumming correctly.. or something. If it happens everytime you try it (meaning not just the first time), then it's bad data (written incorrectly).
You can get CRC errors from BIOS and from LILO (mbr), etc, typically you either just try again or rewrite the data... for you it would mean redoing the entire CD unless you wish to make an install floppy (which is nice to have around anyway.. CDs can get expensive.. but they are faster). Your choice.
